International Dog Day

It's International Dog Day...which is the perfect day to share the latest news on the farm and our efforts to transfer ownership from one generation to the next.  Our CSA Bundles have been very popular, and thanks to everyone who has pre-purchased their market food, we are in a great position to get the financing we need to purchase the farm.

How does this relate to dogs?  Well, Tim & Frances (Em's parents) have been patiently waiting for us to line up financing so they can retire.  Until then, they've continued to operate the dog boarding kennel.  But on August 1st, they transferred that part of the farm operation to us.  Yes, that's right, in addition to all of the great food we're growing for you, we'll look after your dog when your life and travels take you places that your pooch can't go.

The Kennel at Kendal Hills Farm is a country vacation for dogs.  Spacious & clean kennels and large exercise runs.  Grooming services also available.

We put the same care and attention into the kennel as we do into the rest of our operation.  And as an added bonus, you can pickup your favourite food from our farm and enjoy 10% off.

You couldn't farm without dogs, and we're proud to include these dogs and many more as part of ours.
