Our lightly smoked herring is high in Omega-3 fatty acids, protein, and Vitamin D, low in carbohydrates, and loaded with rich antioxidants. We source out the same quality Nova Scotia herring from the cold, clean waters off the east coast of Nova Scotia as my great-grandmother did over a century ago.
