Dark: The dark grade of syrup is darker in colour and more robust in flavour, this grade of syrup is produced as the maple season progresses, with the darkest grade of syrup being produced at the end of the syrup season. It is a perfect addition to have with pancakes, waffles, crepes, adding to salad dressings and other recipes that call for maple syrup.
