An apricot-hued washed-rind covers Fleur en Lait’s pale gold, smooth, silky, semi-firm interior paste. Aromas are pungent & wildly grassy as if you’re standing in the middle of a farmer’s field. Complimentary rich flavours are an expression of summer milk, with nut and sweet fruit characteristics, layered over a slathering of butter. Fleur en Lait is made with milk exclusively from Ayershire cows that graze on Glengarry's properties. The composition of the milk is ideally suited for the production of butter and cheese.
