This traditional cornbread recipe makes a delicious cake like cornbread. It's delicious with summer bbq or for breakfast toasted with butter. All you need to add is: eggs, milk and butter. Included: cornbread mix, chili flakes and sharp cheddar cheese for the best chili cheese cornbread (mildly spicy).
Cornmeal, all puporpose flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, chili flakes, Creale Gamble sharp 5 year cheddar.
Makes 1, 9" square pan or 1 9" cast iron skillet pan.
