Ingredients: Cavatelli (Famiglia Baldassarre – durum semolina, soft wheat flour, water) Radicchio & Pork Ragu (radicchio, ground pork, bacon, garlic, onion, tomato, roasted red pepper, white wine, brown sugar, orange, Pecorino Romano cheese, olive oil) Chermoula (parsley, coriander, garlic, lemon, olive oil, ginger, chili) Pecorino Romano Cheese

Recipe Instructions:

1. Warm up Pork & Radicchio Ragu on a low heat
2. Cook Cavatelli in salted water at a rolling boil for 1-2 min
3. Add Cavatelli into Pork & Radicchio Ragu and continue cooking until sauce begins to thicken, stirring frequently to avoid sticking
4. Serve topped with ground Pecorino Romano
