"I've been trying to help a client of mine who also co-owns 8 Acres Beef. He's new to ranching and also the Ontario market. It's been challenging for him to move his grass-fed beef products in the province. He had excess beef chuck and beef fat and asked if I could make a recipe with these two products. Similarly, Tuck shop kitchen was asking if I could use some of their smoked bacon 2nds in any of my recipes.
I combined the 2 products and fabricated the Beef bacon sausages with a little more seasoning. My concept of a tasty hot dog. Smoky and fun."
