Shelf life: 2 weeks once thawed in package. Consume within 3 days after opening package.
Smokeville was founded 10 years ago in Oakville (yes, Smokeville from Oakville). Utilizing two small cabinet smokers in a suburban garage, we were able to produce enough fish for two markets (just barely). Now based in Newtonville, we are working together with another small business that got their start in farmers' markets (Bos Smoked Fish) in order to produce our products. All of our products are CFIA inspected and follow the strictest Canadian food guidelines.
