Mixed Grain Pilaf
marinated chickpea, bulgur, crispy shallot


Chicken Tajine (chicken, carrot, parsnip, butternut squash, onion, garlic, leek, celery, thyme, black pepper, apricot, pomegranate molasses, chili powder, harissa, coriander, allspice, cumin, cinnamon, ginger, turmeric)

Mixed Grain Pilaf (navy beans, bulgur, wild rice, Israeli couscous, rose petals, preserved lemons, lime, cilantro, parsley, onion, tomato paste, garlic, orange, anaheim chili, fennel seeds, turmeric, harissa, cinnamon, cumin, coriander, ground ginger, black peppercorns, allspice),

Marinated Chickpeas (lemon, lime, orange, blackpepper, mustard seeds, fennel seeds, cumin, garlic, paprika, onion, chili flakes, sumac, za’atar, bell pepper dried, oregano, anise seed, olive oil) Fried Shallots (corn starch, rice flour, garlic powder, onion powder, mustard powder, smoked paprika)

Recipe Instructions:

1. Thaw prior to use
2. Pour Chicken Tajine into medium size pot (oven-safe), bake for 20 min with lid covered, remove lid and bake for additional 25 min
3. Warm Mixed Grain Pilaf in oven for 6 min, stir and return to the oven for an addition 6 min, top with Crispy Shallots
