Kit includes:
2lb bag of beef bones from Enright Cattle Company
40g dried Forest Medley mushrooms from Kendal Hills Farm
20g Simmer Seasoning from Foggy River Farm

Directions:
1. Roast the bones in your oven for 30-40 minutes at 425F
2. OPTIONAL: Rehydrate the dried mushrooms before adding them to the stock - it will be easier to extract flavour and any benefits this way.
3. Add the roasted bones to a stock pot, cover with 6-8 cups of water (or until the bones are covered), and bring to a rolling boil.
4. Reduce the temperature to a simmer, and add the mushrooms (about 1/4 of the pack) and 1-2 tsp of Simmer Seasoning,
5. Cover, and allow the broth to cook for at least 6 hours, the longer the better! Remember that you may need to top up some water if you lose too much to evaporation.
