Hahn Farms is a small family farm, located at the head of the southern provinces of Vietnam. This region boasts a huge production of peppercorns, cashews, coffee beans, and gum. Hahn Farms specialize in peppercorns, which grow on a pepper plant vine. The peppercorns are natively from China, and were brought into Vietnam by Chinese immigrants. Throughout the year, the two acre farm is tended to by the family, but during harvest season they'll bring local labourers on board to help pick the peppercorns. Farmers have to wait for the peppercorns to reach full maturity before harvest, in order to enjoy the strong, spicy flavours.
